About The Position
The Center Store Associate works independently to display and stock products and contribute to the financial best interest of the store. The role is responsible for meeting company guidelines for guest experience and complying with safety and food safety guidelines. The associate may also be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs. The position is located at 3103 Yorktown Drive, Bismarck, North Dakota 58503.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Retail or related experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Detail oriented.

Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
- Fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays on the sales floor.
- Notify the manager when products and supplies need to be ordered.
- Maintain familiarity with products carried in the departments and their locations in the store.
- Handle spoiled or damaged products according to established guidelines.
- Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked departments.
- Follow PPE and safety guidelines.
- Follow food safety and cleaning expectations.
- Follow guest experience guidelines.
- Perform tasks in other departments as assigned based on customer experience needs.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
