About The Position
The Center Cook prepares healthy, nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and snacks at BrightPath Kids’ childcare center in Twinsburg, Ohio. The role supports children’s nutrition and food safety while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Cooks who are interested may also spend time in the classroom, supporting teachers and engaging in classroom activities; classroom involvement is optional. This is a full-time position with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Evenings and weekends are not required. The listed pay range is $14.00 to $18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work within regular operating hours.
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of food preparation experience.
- ServSafe Food Handler certification.
- Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP) experience.
