About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring a local Driver Merchandiser to transport and replenish beverage products on community-based routes in Wichita Falls, Texas, and surrounding locations. The role involves driving a company truck and delivering, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products in stores. Drivers serve as brand ambassadors and interact with company employees, customers, and shoppers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m. and continuing until work is completed, with a 40+ hour work week. Starting pay ranges from $22.60 to $28.45 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses. Requirements

Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License issued by only one state or jurisdiction, with no interstate restrictions, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines.
Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
Have a clean driving record.
Be physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations.
Successfully complete a driver's road test and certification, or provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations.
Be able to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds; reach above head height; stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
Have a minimum of 1 year of general work experience.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Local delivery experience and/or 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience.
Applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program.

Responsibilities

Check the accuracy and stability of the load.
Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
Communicate with other company employees, customers, and shoppers.
Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
Pick up company property and secure company assets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
