About The Position

Halron Lubricants is seeking a reliable, customer-focused CDL Delivery Driver in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The driver safely delivers bulk lubricants and related products to customers throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan while providing professional service and supporting customer satisfaction. This role represents the company to its customers and contributes to its continued growth. The schedule is a day shift, four-day work week with no weekends; drivers are home daily and typically work 40–50 hours per week, with some overtime opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Deliver bulk products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
