About The Position

Auto-Wares is seeking a dependable, high-energy, and detail-oriented Local Route Driver to deliver automotive parts between company locations and support warehouse operations. The role starts and ends at the Bumper to Bumper store in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A company vehicle and gas card are provided. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The driver will transport parts between company stores, distribution centers, and warehouses; assist with warehouse tasks; and handle returns and inventory transfers according to company procedures. The driver is also responsible for inspecting the vehicle, reporting maintenance concerns, and representing Auto-Wares professionally in internal interactions.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of two years.
No major driving violations.
No more than two moving violations in the past three years if over age 25, or in the past five years if under age 25.
No more than one at-fault accident.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds using both arms.
Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely.
Comfortable working in hot or cold environments.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Load, secure, and deliver parts between company stores, distribution centers, or warehouses.
Support warehouse tasks.
Conduct vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.
Handle returns and inventory transfers according to company procedures.
Represent Auto-Wares professionally during internal interactions.
Assist with other tasks as directed by warehouse or delivery managers.
