About The Position

The Local Route Driver supports operations across multiple company locations by accurately and promptly delivering automotive parts between facilities, helping maintain smooth logistics, and supporting warehouse operations. The role starts and ends at the Bumper to Bumper store in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A company vehicle and gas card are provided. The position is full time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The driver may also assist with warehouse tasks and other duties as directed by warehouse or delivery managers.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, held for at least two years.
No major driving violations.
If over age 25, no more than two moving violations in the past three years; if under age 25, no more than two moving violations in the past five years.
No more than one at-fault accident.
At least 21 years of age.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds using both arms.
Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.
Comfortable working in hot or cold environments.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Load, secure, and deliver parts between company stores, distribution centers, or warehouses.
Support warehouse tasks.
Conduct vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.
Handle returns and inventory transfers according to company procedures.
Represent Auto-Wares professionally during internal interactions.
Perform other tasks as directed by warehouse or delivery managers.
