About The Position

This position is for CDL-A truck drivers, with a specific focus on training new CDL holders who have a CDL-A but no prior driving experience. The role involves refrigerated freight, primarily running main lanes from Texas to Tennessee, Illinois, and Georgia. Drivers can expect to drive between 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week and will be home every two weeks. The job includes a mix of drop and hook, live loads, and unloads. For those new to driving, paid training with an experienced driver trainer is provided, with guaranteed weekly pay during training and a transition to their own truck on full pay. A guaranteed $1,000 per week is offered for the first 3 months of solo driving.

Requirements

Class A CDL.
Must be 21 or older.
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
Live within 200 miles of Lancaster, TX.
For new CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
For experienced drivers: 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.

Responsibilities

Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads during training.
Move into your own truck on full pay once training is complete.
Transport refrigerated freight on main lanes from Texas to Tennessee, Illinois, and Georgia.
Complete approximately 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week.
Perform drop and hook, live loads, and unloads.
Adhere to a standard mileage pay scale that grows with experience.
Receive stop pay for each stop.
Participate in a performance bonus program.
