CDL-A Truck Driver – $200 Unload Pay + Mileage Pay
About The Position
Join a dedicated regional dry van operation based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, serving North and Central Mississippi and select West Tennessee markets. Drivers receive mileage-based compensation, unload pay, stop pay, and potential availability and safety bonuses. The work includes full hand unloading at delivery locations, night driving, and backing in tight areas. Weekly home time is provided. Day and night shifts are available, and some weekend and holiday work may be required. Average weekly pay is $1,300–$1,700. Compensation includes $0.50 per mile on all miles, $200 unload pay, $25 stop pay, $40 for loads under 100 miles, and $50 for backhauls plus mileage. Eligible drivers may receive a $100 weekly availability bonus by remaining available five days per week with no service failures or accidents, as well as a safety bonus.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Experienced first-seat drivers and trainees are considered.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Must not be a SAP driver.
- Ability to perform full hand unloading.
- Comfort with night driving and backing in tight spaces.
- Ability to meet delivery schedules and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
