About The Position

The CDL-A Regional Driver will operate on a dedicated regional retail account for DOLLAR TREE based in Joliet, Illinois. The position involves approximately 970 miles per week and three turns per week, with three to five stops per load. Drivers deliver dry freight across Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky. This is a touch-freight role requiring drivers to unload freight using rollers.

Drivers are home weekly and receive a 34-hour weekly reset, typically Saturday–Sunday or Sunday–Monday. Schedules are Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on the driver's location. Drivers use automatic sleeper trucks and 53-foot dry van trailers. Drivers may take trucks home if they have a safe and secure parking location.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Comfortable unloading freight with rollers.
• Able to handle physical, touch-freight work.
• Flexible with the schedule and weekly reset days.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
