CDL-A Regional Owner Operator - Chemicals

About The Position
Service Transport Company, a member of the Trimac family of companies, transports bulk liquids and chemicals across North America. The Regional Owner Operator hauls MDI, MMA, and general chemicals to destinations including WV, SC, NC, TX, MO, AR, TN, KY, AL, PA, and NE. Drivers are typically dispatched Sunday through Friday and can expect to be out 2 to 3 days per week. Average weekly gross pay is $4,500–$5,500. Mileage pay is $1.80 per loaded mile and $1.30 per empty mile. A company fuel card and access to the Loves fueling network are provided.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- Current Medical Card.
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
- Tanker Endorsement.
- Hazmat Endorsement.
- TWIC Card.
- During the past 7 years, no driving violation involving consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances, and no preventable rollover or fatality crash.
- During the past 3 years, no license suspension involving drugs and/or alcohol, no record indicating disregard for public safety, no major preventable accident, and fewer than two moving convictions.
Nice To Haves
- Tanker experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Transport MDI, MMA, and general chemicals to regional destinations.
- Operate as a regional driver, typically dispatched Sunday through Friday and out 2 to 3 days per week.
