About The Position

We are seeking CDL A Reefer Drivers for temperature-controlled freight in Lebanon. This position offers real solo miles and paid training for brand new CDL holders. New drivers will gain over-the-road experience with a trainer and receive guaranteed weekly training pay, transitioning to full solo pay afterward. Experienced drivers can start with rider and pet policies from day one, while new drivers can utilize these after completing training.

Requirements

• Class A CDL, 21 or older.
• Brand new drivers: proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years, based on when you got your CDL.
• Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training for riders and pets.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR reefer freight.
• Drive 1,900 to 2,500 solo miles a week.
• Be home every 2 weeks.
• Accept day and night dispatch.
