This fleet operates similarly to Over-The-Road (OTR) but restricts runs to east of Denver and avoids the Northeast. New CDL holders will receive paid training and a guaranteed minimum income once they begin driving solo. The fleet offers real miles ranging from 1,800 to 2,900 per week, with a freight mix of drop and hook plus live loads. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks.
