About The Position

We are seeking CDL-A Reefer Drivers for Southeast reefer miles, and we welcome new CDL graduates. Refrigerated freight moves year-round, ensuring steady miles. New CDL-A holders will start with a paid mentor before transitioning to solo driving. Drivers can expect to be out for approximately two weeks at a time, with home time every two weeks. This position offers live loads and live unloads across the Southeast and Ohio Valley regions.

Requirements

• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• Must be 21 or older.
• New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.
• CDL school must have been 120 hours or more.

• Your dog can ride with you once training is done (Pet program).

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated freight across the Southeast and Ohio Valley.
• Perform live loads and live unloads.
• Adhere to a schedule of being out for approximately two weeks at a time.
• Participate in a training program with a mentor.
• Operate an assigned truck.
