About The Position

We are seeking CDL-A Reefer Drivers for runs through the South and Midwest. This position offers steady miles due to daily reefer freight. Drivers will train with a paid mentor before running solo. We offer competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, and a supportive team to assist with any issues on the road. New drivers are guaranteed a minimum weekly pay for their first three months solo.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• New drivers must have at least 120 hours from a CDL school.
• Alternatively, 6 months of recent experience.
• Up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years accepted.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a hair and urine drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Trainees can bring a dog once training is finished.

Responsibilities

• Haul reefer freight through the South and Midwest.
• Perform drop and hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloads.
• Complete 34-hour resets as needed.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip plans.
• Communicate with driver leaders for support.
