About The Position

We are seeking CDL-A OTR drivers to run lanes across all 48 states. Drivers can expect to be out for about two weeks at a time, with opportunities for day and night dispatch. Winter driving is a part of the role. New CDL-A holders will receive paid training with a mentor before running solo in their own truck. We offer a guaranteed weekly pay for the first 3 months solo and provide a direct deposit weekly.

Requirements

• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• Must be 21 or older.
• New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• CDL school of 120 hours or more counts towards experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR lanes in all 48 states.
• Operate a truck solo after training period.
• Adhere to day and night dispatch schedules.
• Perform winter driving as required.
• Complete 4-6 weeks of training with a mentor, focusing on backing, logs, fueling, and trip planning.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen.
