This position is for a CDL-A OTR Driver with paid training available. The company is looking for drivers with a brand-new CDL to gain real OTR miles and get paid while they learn. Most carriers require a year of experience, but here, 120 hours of CDL school is sufficient to start. Drivers will train with a mentor and then operate routes east of Denver, avoiding the Northeast. Dispatch is available 24/7. The company offers new CDL drivers a clear path from application to solo driving, including paid orientation and training, with a guaranteed minimum weekly pay for the first three months solo. They address common concerns for new drivers regarding home time, experience requirements, orientation costs, backing skills, and slow weeks.
