About The Position

This dedicated refrigerated account runs out of the Lathrop yard, serving food-grade reefer freight across 5 western states: California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah. Drivers will operate on the same account with the same customers week after week. Approximately 40% of loads are drop and hook. Some customers may involve live unloads that can take time. The role requires handling mountain grades and winter weather conditions. Drivers are home every two weeks, with most holidays spent at home. Recent CDL graduates are welcome and will undergo a 3 to 5-week training period with a mentor.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• Live within approximately 50 miles of Lathrop
• 2 or fewer moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• Valid DOT physical
• Pass hair and urine screen
