About The Position

This position is for CDL-A drivers in the Kansas City area seeking consistent Over-The-Road (OTR) freight with weekly home time. The role primarily involves drop-and-hook loads, offering a predictable routine. New drivers with 120 CDL-school hours will receive paid one-on-one mentor training before going solo, and will earn full solo pay upon completion. Drivers will be assigned their own take-home truck, which are automatic or 10-speed and approximately 1.5 years old. Dispatch is available 24/7.

Requirements

• Class A CDL in your home state.
• Must be 21 or older.
• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
• Acceptable driving record, with no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical, hair and urine screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR lanes out of the Kansas City area.
• Perform majority of drop-and-hook loads.
• Adhere to a weekly 34-hour reset for home time.
• Work with the same planner in the region for consistent freight.
• Accept day and night dispatch.
