About The Position

This position is for Class A CDL drivers in Northwest Indiana who want to be home most weekends. It offers paid training for new graduates and a clear path for career advancement. The role involves Over-The-Road (OTR) lanes primarily out of the Gary area, with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload work. Drivers will have flexible home time options, with the ability to be home every weekend or stay out longer for increased mileage. A consistent regional planner will be assigned to each driver.

Requirements

• Class A CDL in your home state.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Recent CDL-A graduates with 120+ school hours are welcome.
• Verifiable driving experience is accepted.
• Acceptable driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and hair and urine screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CDL vehicle for OTR lanes out of the Gary area.
• Perform drop-and-hook and live load/unload operations.
