About The Position

Class A drivers around Grove City and Columbus are offered steady OTR miles that stay east, with home time every two weeks. This position is also suitable for new graduates seeking paid mentor training. If you have recently completed CDL school and are looking for a company that provides training, this is the opportunity for you. You will initially run with an experienced mentor, receiving pay throughout the training period, before taking the wheel independently. The routes are primarily located in the eastern half of the country, ensuring predictable miles. Drivers can expect about 2,500 miles per week, with a mix of drop-and-hook, live load, and live unload. The typical work schedule involves being out for approximately two weeks, followed by a reset period at home. Dispatch is available day and night, with planned loads and responsive support.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
Age 21 or older.
Recent CDL-school graduate (120+ hours) or verifiable driving experience.
Acceptable driving record; no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
Able to pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug screen.
