About The Position

This position is for Class A drivers in the Upstate South Carolina area who are looking for Over-The-Road (OTR) miles with consistent home time every two weeks. The role offers paid training for new graduates, where they will run with a mentor before going solo at full mileage pay. The freight primarily stays within the eastern states, avoiding cross-country hauls. Drivers can expect to earn between $1,200 to $1,400 per week, with a starting mileage rate of $0.55 per mile, increasing annually up to $0.65 per mile. The average weekly mileage is around 2,500 miles, with an additional $15 per stop after the first. Direct deposit is available weekly. The typical work week involves OTR lanes across the eastern states, with a mix of drop-and-hook and live freight. Drivers are out for approximately two weeks before returning home for their reset. The position includes planned loads and day and night dispatch. New graduates with 120 school hours are eligible for paid mentor training before transitioning to solo driving at the full solo rate. Drivers will be assigned a take-home truck, which is automatic or 10-speed, approximately 1.5 years old, and supported by 24/7 dispatch. Requirements

• Class A CDL in your home state.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
• Acceptable driving record.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical.
• Must pass hair and urine screen.
