About The Position

Visalia drivers with a fresh CDL-A: a western regional fleet that keeps runs short, usually 2 days or less from home. The job involves dry van transport across the 11 western states, with drivers typically covering 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks, with an option to run beyond the West for increased mileage. The company offers a structured start with training pay, an experienced trainer, and a dedicated truck upon completion of training. A guaranteed weekly pay is provided for the initial months after the first solo dispatch.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Possess a valid license in the current state of residence.
• Provide verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

• Experienced drivers can have riders and pets from day one.
• New drivers can have riders and pets after training.

Responsibilities

• Transport dry van freight across the 11 western states.
• Maintain an average of 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week.

• Participate in training with an experienced trainer on real loads.
• Operate own truck on full pay once signed off from training.
