About The Position

We are seeking CDL A Drivers for a Western Regional route. This position offers good Western miles with home time every couple of weeks. We hire both experienced drivers and brand new CDL holders. The average weekly gross is $1,300 with approximately 2,300 miles per week. New CDL-A holders will receive guaranteed weekly training pay for the first 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer, followed by full solo driver pay. Experienced drivers will have a starting pay of $1,000 weekly guaranteed for the first 3 months solo. Additional compensation includes $15 stop pay and a monthly performance bonus. The route covers states west of the Mississippi, with dry van freight and day and night dispatches. Drivers should expect to work some holidays and encounter winter weather over the passes. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
New CDL-A holders must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.
Experienced drivers must have 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
Valid license in your current state of residence.
Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Military experience considered with a valid DD214.

Responsibilities

Drive dry van freight across states west of the Mississippi.
Maintain home time every 2 weeks.
Handle day and night dispatches.
Operate safely in winter weather conditions over mountain passes.
Work some holidays as required.
Complete 4-6 weeks of over-the-road training with an experienced trainer if a new CDL holder.
Maintain a verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
Pass hair and urine drug testing.
