About The Position

We are seeking CDL-A truck drivers for a western regional reefer position. This role is ideal for new drivers with a CDL-A, as we offer paid training and mentorship. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks. The freight is refrigerated and no-touch, operating across the West. Our fleet is modern, averaging 1.5 years old.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years old.
• New driver with a 120-hour school certificate, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in 10 years.
• Pass DOT physical and drug screening (hair and urine).
• Live within 50 miles of Sumner (Lakewood, Tacoma, Spanaway).

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle.
• Transport refrigerated freight across the West.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Complete logs and trip planning.
• Participate in training with a mentor.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
