About The Position

This Western Regional CDL-A truck driving position is designed for new graduates and experienced drivers alike. The fleet operates exclusively in the western states, never traveling east of the Mississippi River. Drivers can expect to be home every three weeks. The company offers a guaranteed weekly pay for the first three months and provides comprehensive training with a mentor. Loads are pre-planned, and support is available via a driver leader. Orientation costs are covered, including bus fare reimbursement and hotel accommodation.

Requirements

• Age 21 or older.
• Class A CDL.
• New CDL grads with at least 120 training hours are welcome.
• Alternatively, 6 months of recent CDL-A driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
• Ability to pass a hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL truck in western states.
• Transport no-touch freight.
• Complete training with a mentor, including backing, logs, fuel stops, and route planning.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and pass medical exams and drug screens.
• Manage weekly pay and direct deposit.
• Utilize company-provided truck, with a fleet average age of 1.5 years.
• Handle potential winter conditions in mountain states.
