CDL-A Reefer Driver - Entry Level Welcome

About The Position
This position is for CDL-A reefer drivers in East Dallas. The runs are from Texas to Tennessee, Illinois, and Georgia, with drivers returning home every two weeks. This job welcomes new drivers who have just obtained their CDL-A, and training and mentorship are provided. The company emphasizes providing straight answers to new drivers regarding pay, home time, and qualifications. Drivers will be assigned a newer truck and receive a weekly guarantee for their first three months solo.
Requirements
- Age 21+
- Class A CDL (new grads with at least 120 training hours or 6 months of recent experience welcome)
- No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
- Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- Able to pass a DOT medical exam
- Able to pass a hair and urine drug screen
Nice To Haves
- New drivers are welcome.
- Practice with a mentor is provided for backing and other skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive reefer runs from Texas to Tennessee, Illinois, and Georgia.
- Perform live loads and live unloads by appointment.
- Practice backing, trip planning, logs, and fueling with a mentor.
- Operate an assigned truck.
