About The Position

This position offers Western Regional driving opportunities with long hauls and no East Coast traffic. Trainees are welcome and will receive paid training. Drivers will experience open-road miles west of the Mississippi. Loads are planned, and drivers have dedicated support. The company provides a fleet of trucks that average about 1.5 years old. Pets and riders are allowed, and trainees can bring a dog after completing training.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL.
• New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school.
• Alternatively, 6 months of recent experience.
• Acceptable driving record: up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Must pass a hair and urine drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive Western lanes with long lengths of haul.
• Handle drop and hook and live freight.
• Complete assigned loads.
• Participate in paid training with a mentor for 4 to 6 weeks.
• Maintain a safe driving record.

Benefits

• Paid training at $800 a week.
• Guaranteed $1,000 a week for the first 3 months solo.
• $1,100 to $1,200 a week once solo.
• 2,100 to 2,400 miles a week.
