About The Position

Hiring CDL-A drivers in the Zephyrhills, FL area for OTR routes with an assigned truck, no-touch dry van freight, and a set home-time schedule. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both encouraged to apply. Drivers will be driving 2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia automatic transmission trucks. Each driver is assigned one truck and can bring it home on their scheduled days off. Freight is 100% no-touch, dry van only. The schedule is 14 days out with 2 full days home. Pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 average gross per week after training, with the top 25% averaging up to $1,800 per week gross. Pay scales with CPM, miles, and performance. Direct deposit is provided weekly. Orientation pay is $300, with transportation to orientation covered. New CDL-A holders will receive $850/week during a 3 to 5 week mentorship program (approximately 200-250 hours of hands-on training). Experienced drivers may skip directly to solo operations if they meet requirements.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Valid DOT Medical Card
Solid driving record and work history
Pass a DOT drug test and background check
21 years or older
Experienced drivers need at least 6 months of verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count.
New CDL-A holders need 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.

Responsibilities
