CDL-A Driver - New CDL Holders Welcome - Paid Training

About The Position
We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the West Monroe, LA area for OTR routes. This position offers a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. Both new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are welcome to apply. New CDL-A holders will participate in a 3 to 5 week mentorship program with guaranteed weekly pay. Experienced drivers can move directly into solo operations if they meet the requirements.
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Solid driving record and work history
- Pass DOT drug test and background check
- New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time (mentor/trainer time doesn't count)

Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle on OTR routes.
- Transport dry van freight.
- Adhere to all DOT and company requirements.
