New CDL-A Holders - Paid Training

About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Dothan, AL area for OTR routes. This position offers late-model equipment, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a predictable home-time schedule. Both new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are welcome to apply. Drivers will be assigned their own truck, with no slip seating, and have the option to take their truck home during scheduled days off. The routes involve 14 days out with 2 full days home.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements
• 21 years or older
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program
• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time (mentor/trainer time doesn't count)

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmissions.
• Transport 100% no-touch, dry van freight.
• Adhere to a schedule of 14 days out and 2 full days home.
• Participate in a 3 to 5 week mentorship program for new CDL-A holders.
• Maintain a solid driving record and work history.
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements.
