New CDL-A Holders - Paid Training

About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Picayune, MS area for OTR routes. This position offers a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. Both new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are welcome to apply. New CDL-A holders will participate in a 3 to 5 week mentorship program with guaranteed weekly pay, approximately 200 to 250 hours hands-on. Experienced drivers can move directly into solo operations if they meet the requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• 21 years or older
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time (mentor/trainer time does not count)

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle on OTR routes.
• Transport 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Participate in a mentorship program (for new CDL-A holders).
• Maintain a solid driving record and work history.
• Adhere to all applicable DOT and company requirements.
