This regional CDL-A Driver position offers a consistent schedule with home time every two weeks, allowing drivers to operate the same truck weekly and know their earnings in advance. The role involves 100% no-touch dry van freight with a significant drop-and-hook mix, operating within an 11-Western States corridor to avoid major metro gridlock. Drivers will be assigned a late-model tractor and will benefit from dispatchers focused on keeping them loaded and moving. New CDL-A holders are welcome and will receive paid training with a veteran mentor for 3 to 5 weeks, focusing on real-world scenarios. After evaluation, drivers will move to their own solo seat. Riders and pets are welcome.
