This regional CDL-A Driver position offers a consistent schedule with 100% no-touch dry van freight and a heavy drop-and-hook mix for efficient turns. The route covers the 11 Western States corridor, avoiding major metro gridlock. Drivers will be assigned a late-model tractor, eliminating slip-seating, and dispatch is focused on keeping drivers loaded and rolling. New CDL-A holders are welcome and will receive paid training with a veteran mentor for 3 to 5 weeks, focusing on real-world skills like mountain grades and trip planning. After evaluation, drivers will move to their own solo seat. Drivers can expect to get home every 2 weeks for a full reset, with the option to extend their time on the road for more miles. Riders and pets are welcome.
