About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Shreveport, LA area for OTR routes with a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply. The trucks are 2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmissions. Drivers will have their own assigned truck and can take it home during scheduled days off. The freight is 100% no-touch, dry van only. The schedule is 14 days out with 2 full days home. New CDL-A holders will receive guaranteed weekly pay during a 3 to 5 week mentorship program (about 200 to 250 hours hands-on) and $300 orientation pay, with transportation to orientation covered. Experienced drivers can move straight into solo operations if requirements are met. Once solo, drivers can expect an average weekly gross of $1,400 to $1,600, with the top 25% averaging up to $1,800 per week gross. Pay scales with CPM, miles driven, and performance. Weekly direct deposit is provided.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements
• 21 years or older
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program
• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count
