CDL-A Driver Paid Training Program for Entry Level
About The Position
We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Columbus, MS area for OTR routes with a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply. New CDL-A holders will participate in a 3 to 5 week mentorship program with guaranteed weekly pay, approximately 200 to 250 hours of hands-on training. Experienced drivers can move directly into solo operations if they meet the requirements. The freight is 100% no-touch dry van, meaning no loading or unloading, just driving. The schedule involves being out for 14 days followed by 2 full days at home. Once solo, drivers can expect an average weekly gross of $1,400 to $1,600, with the top 25% averaging up to $1,800 per week gross. Pay is based on CPM, miles driven, and performance, with weekly direct deposit.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- 21 years or older
- Solid driving record and work history
- Pass DOT drug test and background check
- New CDL-A holders must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
- Experienced drivers must have at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time (mentor/trainer time does not count).

Responsibilities
- Drive a commercial truck for Over-The-Road (OTR) routes.
- Transport dry van freight with 100% no-touch policy.
