About The Position

We are seeking CDL A Drivers to join our fleet, serving 27 states east of Denver and excluding New England. This role offers a structured start for CDL school graduates, with comprehensive training and guaranteed pay. Drivers will handle dry van freight, averaging 1,800 to 2,900 miles per week, with opportunities to be home every 2 to 3 weeks. We offer competitive pay, including training pay, guaranteed weekly pay for the first three months, stop pay, and a monthly performance bonus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders must have completed 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers must have 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in current state of residence.
• Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in 27 states east of Denver, excluding New England.

• Participate in training with an experienced trainer on real loads.
• Pass drug and driving record screenings.
