About The Position
This is a dedicated retail fleet position for CDL A drivers based in Casa Grande. Drivers will handle consistent retail loads across Arizona, California, Nevada, and New Mexico. The freight is no-touch, meaning drivers never unload by hand. Each driver will have a dedicated planner who knows their specific lanes. Drivers can expect to drive between 2,000 to 2,200 miles per week. Early starts are common, with some deliveries scheduled for 5 AM. While some unloads are live at stores, the driver only waits and does not lift. Both day and night dispatches are available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
Nice To Haves
- CDL School Graduates are welcome.
- New CDL-A holders will be trained on the job.
- Military experience considered with a valid DD214.
Responsibilities
- Drive dedicated retail loads across Arizona, California, Nevada, and New Mexico.
- Handle freight that never needs to be unloaded by hand.
- Work with a dedicated planner who knows your lanes.
- Complete 34-hour resets.
- Wait during live unloads at some stores (no lifting required).
