About The Position
This is a dedicated grocery run in Springdale and Northwest Arkansas. The driver will have 100% no-touch freight and a weekly reset at home. New CDL holders are welcome and will be paid to train. The position offers consistent freight with steady grocery loads in both dry and refrigerated trailers. New CDL holders will receive paid training at $650 per week.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- Trainees must have a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
- Experienced drivers must have 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
- Valid license in current state of residence.
- Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A CDL vehicle for dedicated grocery runs.
- Transport dry and refrigerated freight.
- Adhere to a 6-day work week, including night and weekend shifts.
- Manage potential wait times at pickup locations.
- Complete training with a trainer, who may run regional or OTR during the training period.
