About The Position

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. This role offers 100% no-touch freight, with lanes covering all 48 states, primarily east of I-35. Drivers can expect to earn $1,650+ per week, with mileage rates ranging from $0.49 to $0.64 based on experience, plus loyalty pay after 12 months. The average weekly mileage is around 2,000 miles. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available (eligibility terms apply). Detention pay is $12.50 per hour after 2 hours, and layover or breakdown pay is $100 per day. Drivers receive weekly direct deposit. While most drivers run approximately 12 days out and 2 days home to maintain mileage, home time is flexible and driver-controlled. You will be assigned a 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth truck with 24/7 dispatch support.

Requirements

Class A CDL from your state of residence.
Must be 21 or older.
Recent, verifiable CDL-A over-the-road experience.
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
Must pass DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

Operate OTR lanes in all 48 states, with most freight east of I-35.
Ensure 100% no-touch freight handling.
Maintain approximately 2,000 miles per week.
Adhere to flexible home time schedules, with most drivers out for 12 days and home for 2.
