About The Position

This position is for Class A drivers in the Lafayette area. The company hires brand-new CDL holders and does not consider lack of experience a reason for rejection, provided the applicant has completed 120+ hours of CDL school. The role involves training one-on-one with an experienced, paid mentor, after which drivers go solo in their own assigned truck at full solo pay. The pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,800 per week, with mileage pay plus $15 per stop. Drivers typically run OTR lanes east of Denver (excluding the Northeast) and are out for approximately two weeks before returning home. Dispatch is available 24/7. Drivers are assigned a late-model automatic or 10-speed truck, approximately 1.5 years old.

Requirements

• Class A CDL issued by your state of residence
• 21 years or older
• CDL-school graduate with 120+ hours, or verifiable experience
• 2 or fewer moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• Pass DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen

• New CDL holders are welcome.
• Drivers with "no experience" are considered if they have completed 120+ hours of CDL school.

Responsibilities

• Maintain miles by running a large map with significant freight.
