About The Position

This regional run is designed for Class A CDL holders in St. Joseph. It offers paid training, ensures drivers are home weekly, and primarily handles drop and hook freight. The route covers dry van transportation across the Midwest. Drivers will work with a consistent planner for steady freight. Day and night dispatch options are available.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
New CDL holders must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
Valid license in current state of residence.
Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Riders and pets allowed for experienced drivers from day one.
Riders and pets allowed for new drivers after training completion.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle for regional dry van routes in the Midwest.
Complete approximately 2,000 miles per week.
Handle drop and hook freight.
Adhere to a schedule that ensures drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour restart.
Participate in paid CDL training if a new CDL holder.
Maintain a valid license and verifiable work history.
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
Pass drug and alcohol testing.
