About The Position

This regional driver position focuses on Midwest freight, offering home time weekly. The role is suitable for new CDL holders with paid training and mentorship. Most loads are drop and hook, with consistent planning and frequent home time. New CDL graduates will be paired with a paid mentor.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 or older.
• New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school.
• Alternatively, 6 months of recent experience.
• Up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a hair and urine drug test.

Nice To Haves

• CDL school of 120 hours or more is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional lanes across the Midwest.
• Perform drop and hook freight operations.
• Complete 34-hour reset weekly for home time.
• Practice backing, logging, fueling, and trip planning with a mentor during training.
• Operate an assigned truck, averaging 1.5 years old.
