About The Position

This regional dry van driving position offers paid training for new drivers and competitive pay for experienced drivers. Drivers will operate east of the Mississippi River, with guaranteed pay for the first 3 months. The role involves learning on actual loads and routes, with a transition to full mileage pay after training. Home time is every two weeks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL-A holders welcome with 120+ hours of CDL training from an accredited school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years depending on when CDL was obtained.
• Must pass DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing.
• Must live within 200 miles of the Richmond, VA area.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional dry van freight east of the Mississippi River.
