About The Position

This regional driver position is open to new CDL-A graduates and drivers with at least 6 months of recent experience. Drivers will haul preloaded freight out of Bradenton to cities east of the Mississippi. The position offers paid training with a mentor for 4-6 weeks, followed by a guaranteed weekly pay for the first 90 days solo. Drivers can expect to average around 2,000 miles weekly and be home every two weeks. The role involves preloaded trailers with multi-stop deliveries, which include physical unloads. Runs are confined to the eastern states.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL.
• New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school.
• Drivers with experience need at least 6 months of recent experience.
• Acceptable MVR: up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Must pass a hair and urine drug test.

Responsibilities

• Haul preloaded freight out of Bradenton to cities east of the Mississippi.

• Drive with a mentor for 4-6 weeks to learn backing, trip planning, log keeping, and fueling.
• Operate a late-model truck (1.5 years old on average), 10-speed or automatic.
