About The Position

Panhandle drivers are sought for a regional fleet based in Mobile, running east of Denver and avoiding the Northeast. This position is ideal for recent CDL school graduates, offering paid on-the-job training. Drivers can expect good pay and miles, with guaranteed weekly earnings for the first 90 days solo. The training program is structured over six weeks, starting with a recruiter screening, a two-day orientation, and then 4-6 weeks of on-road training with a mentor. After training, drivers are assigned their own truck and benefit from a guaranteed weekly income for their first three solo months. The role involves mixed lanes and customers, including drop and hook, live loads, and preloads. Holiday work is voluntary.

Requirements

• Age 21+
• Class A CDL (new grads with at least 120 training hours are welcome, or 6 months of recent experience)
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam
• Ability to pass a hair and urine drug screen

Responsibilities

• Drive a commercial truck on regional routes.
