About The Position

This regional CDL A Driver position is based out of El Paso, with a terminal conveniently located down I-10. The company is hiring new Class A CDL holders and offers paid training. Drivers will be trained, go solo, and cover a significant portion of the country, excluding the Northeast. The freight mix includes drop and hook, live loads, and live unloads. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks, with other home time options available for discussion. The average weekly gross pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,800, with a guaranteed weekly pay of $1,000 for the first 3 months after solo dispatch. Additionally, drivers receive $15 stop pay and a monthly performance bonus, with an average of 1,800 to 2,200 miles per week.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
New CDL-A holders with 120+ hours of accredited CDL school training are welcome.
Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
Valid license in current state of residence.
Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

Drive a Class A CDL vehicle regionally, covering territory east of Denver except the Northeast.
Handle drop and hook, live loads, and live unloads.
Complete assigned routes and maintain a safe driving record.

Participate in paid training program for new CDL-A holders.
