About The Position

We are hiring new CDL-A drivers for an OTR dry van seat. This position is ideal for new CDL graduates who need that first year of experience. You will receive paid mentor training for 3-5 weeks, earning $650 per week. After training, you will transition to solo driving, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for the first 3 months, and an average earning of $1,200-$1,800 per week thereafter. Drivers can expect to drive between 1,800-2,900 miles per week and will be home every two weeks. The routes cover anywhere from Denver east, excluding Northeast runs, and involve dry van freight with drop and hook, preloads, and live loads. Additional pay is provided for extra stops and short hauls, along with a monthly performance bonus.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• 21+ years old
• New CDL grad or 6 months of recent driving experience
• 2 or fewer moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• Must pass DOT physical and hair/urine drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Riders are welcome.
• A dog under 40 lbs can ride along after training is completed.
