About The Position

We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers to join our regional dry van team operating out of Columbus, OH. This position runs lanes exclusively in KY, OH, MI, and IN, offering consistent miles and dependable home time. We also welcome recent CDL-A graduates who are eager to begin their trucking career. The role involves 100% no-touch freight, primarily drop-and-hook. Drivers can expect to average 1,900–2,100 miles per week, with weekly earnings ranging from $1,300–$1,500. Optional holiday/weekend work is available. We offer a performance bonus program up to $0.08cpm and paid orientation with travel and hotel included. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, start on day 30. Paid time off (PTO) is also provided. Pet and rider policies are available for experienced drivers from day one, and for recent graduates after training.

Requirements

Minimum Age: 21 years old.
At least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience OR Recent graduate from an accredited truck driving school.
Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or safety-related terminations in the past 5 years.
No DOT preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 10 years.
Must pass urine and hair pre-employment screenings.
120 hours from an accredited truck driving school (for recent graduates).

Nice To Haves

Experienced drivers are eligible for pet and rider policies on day one.
Recent graduates can utilize pet and rider policies after successful training completion.

Responsibilities

Operate a regional dry van route exclusively in KY, OH, MI, and IN.
