About The Position

A. Duie Pyle is hiring a full-time CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver based in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. The driver operates a day cab tractor pulling a 53-foot trailer to transport general store inventory to locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:00 a.m. start time. Pay is $30.58 per hour, with weekly pay issued by direct deposit every Friday. The role includes completing deliveries and picking up potential returns, safeguarding the tractor and freight, complying with Department of Transportation regulations, communicating with customers and account managers, and completing vehicle inspections. Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
At least one year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
Be at least 21 years old.
No more than three moving violations and/or accidents within the last three years, subject to review.
Ability to communicate effectively and to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

Complete deliveries to locations listed on the daily manifest and pick up potential returns as needed.
Ensure the security and safety of the tractor and freight, and follow all DOT regulations and guidelines.
Build relationships through excellent communication with customers and account managers.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
