CDL-A Dedicated Driver
About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring a CDL-A Dedicated Driver to haul general dry van freight on established regional lanes serving dedicated customer freight. The position offers familiar routes, organized trip planning, steady miles, and dependable home time every weekend. Deliveries are no-touch, and late-model equipment is provided for regional operations. Drivers receive a paid four-day orientation, with transportation, meals, and lodging provided. A dedicated driver manager offers communication and ongoing support, while the Path to Success pay program is intended to provide financial stability during the transition to the driving position.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- At least 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
- Safe driving record.
- Ability to complete orientation.
Responsibilities
- Drive tractor-trailers on established regional lanes carrying dedicated customer freight.
- Complete no-touch deliveries of general dry van freight.
- Follow organized trip plans and maintain a consistent driving schedule.
- Attend and complete the four-day orientation.
